1.The staff was ok. 2.the elevator was ok 3.the location was ok (right in the center) 4.the have a minibar(dont use something off it it cost like a lot off 5.money) but use it for yourselff as a fridge. 6.the have a laundry service(but you pay for it by piece, so if you have 1 pair off underwear you pay 2500 col.pesos)

1.The bed was like a hard rock, that was terrible I still have pain at the bones off my body. 2. the breakfast , there was not enough choice, only egg,white bread,coffee,drinks based on water 3.Even when you email the hotel for information they dont email back, so why having a email add and dont reply any emails? 4. they dont speak any english, not even a little. but they try to understand you by speakin slowly spanish and writing. 5.the sheets on the bed smelled terrible, like people who walked in the rain and let it dry in the sun but dont wash it with a little bit off nice smell/flavour of washingprogramm 5.THEY DONT HAVE A REMOTE CONTROL, so if you wanna watch tv and wanna chance the channel you have to push a button on the tv, (and also the channels were bad, not that clear) 6.the only creditcard you can use in whole Colombia seems to be VISA, so european with MasterCard/Maestro, they have to pay in cash:S but thats for whole colombia, not for this hotel only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 So if you like a hard bed and sheets that smell a little, you speak spanish and you have no special needs(food,drinka,diets) its a good hotel for a fair price:)
